About this property

Cozy, renovated, coastal cottage in the middle of Dewey Beach! Prime location!

  • We spared no expense when redoing this property. The floors are hand skived hardwood, kitchen is plywood constructed Kraftmaid with granite countertops. We even include the sheets! Above all, the location is fantastic if you are looking to come and enjoy Dewey's beach and nightlife.

    This property is located crawling distance home from the Starboard with a far enough distance away to get sleep with no problem. The beach is 1 block away and this property comes with 2 off street parking spots. There is a courtyard type area with gas Weber grill and nice lawn furniture for grilling and an outdoor shower for use during your stay.
