This lovely, three bedroom, two bath condo is conveniently located in the ocean block of Rodney Avenue in Dewey Beach, a 3 minute walk to ocean at most! It is a short stroll (5 minute,) across the street to the bay where you can have your favorite drink or dinner and watch the sunset. This condo is convenient to all your needs: fine dining, pubs, pizza, shops, entertainment and shopping - all within walking distance. Sit on one of your two private balconies and people watch or bring your bike and take a leisurely ride to the well known resort - Rehoboth Beach. Local shuttles are also available. No streets to cross to get to the beach because this condo is ocean block. Pets can come too, with a fee! Two parking spaces and Wireless Internet provided. Guests pay $120.00 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
