"Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!"

"Gemstones was a gorgeous property! The house complete with the views is a rare find in rentals. The spaciousness of the rooms could easily handle large groups. Updated appliances were featured throughout the house making it comfortable for us all. Quick access to the beach as well as to the bus stop and to an excellent restaurant made our days easy. "Nice convenient property however the inside of the home needs updated! Furniture was old and saggy. Beds were not the most comfortable. I stripped the beds of all sheets, mattress cover and bedspread b/c all needed washed. The cleaner put the dirty mattress covers and bedspreads back on the beds. "This was a great property for our stay. Initially, there was a problem with fold out couch. I tried to contact the host thru the app. Unfortunately, there was an island-wide issue with international cell phones. Once I had a direct contact for the host and a working cell phone, the fold out couch issue was quickly resolved. The host was great to work with!
