"The hotel was clean, but it does need renovated. Everything worked, however, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a huge TV, which was much larger than most hotel rooms, so that was nice. I would stay there again. The price was $125 a night. I think it probably should have been about $90, considering the need for an update. Overall, it was good and I think other hotels in Montrose were much more expensive."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! Honey Rock Landing is so much more than just a place to stay. It’s an experience our family will remember for a long time. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!"

"This is the second year that we have booked this extraordinary property for our family reunion. Scott And Kathy are the most excellent, communicative, friendly, and gracious hosts! Two years in a row, we have had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience on this breathtaking property. Never have I slept in a more comfortable bed! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Anything we needed was always just a quick message away and Scott was a pleasure to deal with! We have already talked about booking again the same time next year! This will absolutely be our go to destination every single year. Beautiful views, quiet property, just LOVE the landscape. While it feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, you are less than five minutes from town. The property is nestled in the hills where all you can hear are the birds chirping and your own heartbeat. Just absolute peace. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle another year. "If it was my place I would make sure hot tub cleanIt was dirty we rinsed the filter it falling apart. We got it cleaned enough to get in but if advertised as hot tub house it should be cleanWater needs dumped and changed out . Weeds need pulled around house it world make it so much nicer outside. We loved the screen in porch"
