"We couldn't have been happier when we first arrived. The cabin was perfect, it was just what we needed. Some much required peace and quiet. The fun part for me was that it was about 3 mi off the main road and at first I thought we must be lost.. turns out, that's exactly what we needed ! To get lost out on one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. One tip! Make sure you have AWD or 4x4.. it is not a paved road out there but very drivable with the right vehicle. Majestic views ! We Watched 2 great sunsets from the front porch. Mackay ID has some of the prettiest scenery I've had the pleasure of visiting and do yourself a favor and take an ATV excursion, you won't be sorry.. we will definitely stay here again. "

"Outstanding! Better than the pictures! We were so comfortable in this updated and spotless home. Located only 20 minutes from Craters of the Moon and 5 minutes from a grocery, the house offers open living space, a beautiful shady backyard and great mountain views from the front. We loved the backyard kitties who maintained “personal space” and just hung out with us on the deck and lawn. This is such a great property- thank you for sharing "
"We were very happy with this property. Maybe a bit close to the main road,but it didn’t affect anything we were doing. It has everything you need to make your stay more pleasant.The town’s people were very friendly and I love talking to people about their lives. We stumbled upon an old cemetery to explore, the Mountain View’s were breathtaking, and the historical museum was very interesting. The best was the exploring of the old mine tour. Totally worthwhile to see and experience. Your property was a perfect place to visit all of these wonderful places. Thank you for making it available to travelers like my family."

"The property was perfect for our trip in that it was close to our desired fishing location. The setting is gorgeous and and house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils, as well as with a large selection of spices, oil, and other supplemental cooking supplies. The host was very attentive and communicative, including providing us with information on local roads and fishing locations. The hosts describe the location of the property correctly, but the Vrbo map shows it as being a significant distance south of the actual property site. "
