The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.

An excellent resort

The hotel is perfectly located with excellent views. The rooms are clean. The staff are very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. The ayurvedic wellness centre is also very good. We enjoyed our stay. The room can be equipped a bit better: With a bit more storage space, with more hooks/shelves in the bathroom etc. The hotel does not have a bar (as a part of their group policy). At this point, vehicles larger than Innovas cannot access the hotel directly. But the Hotel provides a very prompt jeep pick up and drop to the point where larger vehicles drop you (about a km away)

A Hotel with a wonderful view

The stay at the hotel was really a nice experience. The view was exceptionally beautiful even from the restaurant. The staff (reception, house keeping, restaurant) was friendly and catered to all our requirements. One issue was that the hotel was situated in a bit remote area, so if we wanted to get to the town, we would have to take our car and drive for a few minutes. Overall the experience was good.

The property and location are awesome. But the staff are non- cooperative and inexperienced. I had my trip on March 30, 2017. Room 109. Wouldn't recommend for families looking for lively atmosphere. If you don't have your vehicle, you will have terrible time. The staff won't arrange anything for you. My family felt like an uninvited guests in the hotel.

Great place with a scenic view

The hotel is great. Moreover the staff are very kind and always look forward to make your stay better. One area where the rooms can be made better is by providing personal lockers. So, keeping this aside, the resort is one among the best places around.

A bit too expensive for what you get

The room was a bit too small for my liking, but clean. The food was decent. But there is nothing special considering the amount of money you pay. What I liked most about this hotel was the view from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet can be improved vastly, both in terms of variety and quality.

Abad Copper Castle stay was very Comforting

Our family had a very comfortable stay at Abad Copper Castle. The hotel employees were very polite and was always helpful. Breakfast Buffet was one of the best we had.Will surely visit again.

Excellent view of misty mountains from balcony

The stay was comfortable with a great view of misty mountains through the french windows.. we could open the windows and then we hear the sound of flowing water from the adjacent river and dam site,... that was so relaxing to the nerves... a stroll on the balcony was memorizing with great view... Hotel cleanliness was above decent. Buffet spread and food was tasty..loved paneer tikka masala. They are misers in not providing a complementary slippers in d cold weather and price seems slightly excess.. all inclusive 2700-2900 would have been psychologically great

Cliff Hotel in Munnar, windy,cool,energising

One of best locations in Munnar. Because of the cliff-location, gentle, cool breeze keeps the environment cooled down. The place is clean too. The only irritant is wifi.(Although it is available, it is so slow)

Nice hotel, marvelous views, great service

This is our first time trip to Munnar and plan was to drive. So required a place having secure car park, decent room with good view of valley/hills and good restaurant having variety of foods. Without knowing all these I have booked the hotel and found it matched. Very good location (probably all the good resorts are on that road), nice view from windows and balcony (clouds are entering through and almost whole day), Nice restaurant, serving great foods (buffet lunch and dinner available and price is minimum) . They have secure car park and good garden and small kids play area. Nice cleaned bed and towels(better than many star hotels in India). Behavior of the lady receptionist and the restaurant stuff , security guards are excellent. All together it's a nice stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The negative points are the toilet (just basic), inside room needs refurbishment (little old and over used furniture). It's excellent place to stay in mid budget range.

A bad experience

We had terrible time at the hotel as all rooms are located a level below Restaurant, Kitchen and Lobby area. As a result of this, any movement of chairs in the Restaurant and usage of Grinder and Diswasher in the Kitchen causes disturbance in the rooms located under these areas. We could not sleep till 11.30 PM in the night till all works in the Hotel Kitchen are complete and were forced to get up at 4.30 AM as the disturbance and sounds due to works at Kitchen. The hotel has a very good view of Tea gardens but the serene atmosphere gets totally disturbed as the rooms are all located under the Restaurant and Kitchen level causing lot of disturbance. It was a terrible experience to stay in the resort. Only saving grace was the Receptionist was nice enough to shift our room to another room which had lesser disturbance atleast for our second day of stay. The hotel is also very old and room's ambiance and facilities are very poor. We never expected this type of Hotel from Abad's Group

Stayed there during July 2012 with family and a kid. Good view from All rooms!. Excellent Food and restaurant Bathroom need renovation and room carpets need vacuum dusting!. Unreliable hot water supply . Overall ok!

Not as expected

Through hotels.com, we booked delux room with refrigerator, minibar, air conditioning. But the hotel gave us a totally different room without any of the above features. Their reason is that refrigerator is in repair, Abad copper does not have air conditioning at all! So why hotels.com listed this hotel as air conditioned room?
