The pictures of the rooms made it seem warm, but our room was stark and austere by any standard. We had a balcony- which unfortunately was filthy (pigeon droppings). "Great location in Old Montreal. Lots of shops and restaurants, close to the water. This does mean it can be pretty loud outside if its busy , but it is what it is. Room isn't too big, prob 2 people max . No desk to work on. Very clean and easy to find."

"Excellent room with full kitchen (although we did not use) and lots of character. Be aware though that there is no elevator so the walk up the stairs was good exercise! "we really enjoyed this cozy, modern apartment in the heart of one of Montreal’s most interesting neighborhoods. We were well positioned for all of our sightseeing and enjoyed the local bars and restaurants. The place was clean and well appointed - the management was wonderful and responsive. My only note is Apt. 10 is located up two sets of steep stairs and may be hard for some to access."
