"Free shuttle to airport from 5am to 11pm. Good breakfast starting at 5am - even they call it an express breakfast between 5am and 6am, it’s impressively good. We stay at two hotels near the airport and Holiday Inn is better in multiple ways (service, breakfast, price, frequency of shuttle). "

"Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheeses, fresh-cut fruit, cereals, yogurt coffees, teas and juices. We would definitely stay here again, or at another one of the Ilunion branded hotels."

"Very nice hotel. About 15-20 walk from the main shopping street. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Don’t go for the pool though. Too cold to stay in for more than a few mins, Which was a shame as it’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Otherwise all good. "
