@ check in there was a line of people who had issues with their rooms. The first room the gave us was still on the process of being cleaned unbeknownst to the front desk. The. 2nd room was dirty, trash was on the floor, clogged sink, no towels. The staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. We requested a refund and left .

Room not clean, toilet dirty, no towels, no tissue. Bed was not clean. Ashes from cigarettes on table. Hallway was smelly and dirty. We ended up walking out because of those conditions. I REALLY want a refund for those HORRIBLE conditions!!

Past experiences were decent. This recent visit was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes before being checked in. First room wasn’t cleaned. Nothing but a sheet on the bed. 2nd room had no hdmi connected to tv to watch cable. Key cards stopped working so many times. Place was very noisy all throughout the night. Turning the fan on and leaving the tv on helped drown the noise out. Cheap & Last Minute for sure!

I had two rooms booked at this hotel for three nights got there and they did not have rooms available and I have been unable to get a refund because their number is disconnected and no one there would return my call when I was in town. This is sad because that’s money down the drain and Expedia is not refunding my money.
