Breakfast was fantastic. Kuddos goes to Freddie for outstanding service, friendly, & he kept the area very very neat & clean. Same with the Saturday lady, The staff at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and fresh and I appreciated all the staff did for me. I'll be back (ever heard that before)!

Our stay was very nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable, with good breakfast. The staff handled a large group of football families in town for an event with ease & professionalism. Location, decor.. lots of ‘pretty ok’ parts of this hotel. Central location for many things & the rooms were quite clean. The biggest takeaway was the way WAY above-average friendliness & genuine kindness of the staff. You kinda expect it from the front desk, but the cleaners, kitchen & maintenance folks never failed to smile & say hello. The people at this hotel 100% ‘made’ our stay. We are from Canada & used to travel to Detroit (and the US) a lot more often. This experience was timely and sincerely appreciated. We will absolutely return, our new spot to stay in Detroit city.

Place was good for a girls trip to cranbrook amd ferndale funky fair. Breakfast was the usual hotel fair of eggs and meat side of some sort plus waffles, oatmeal, cereals, fruits, juices, etc. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was fine. Overall, hotel could use an update but would stay again.
