The Bonner House is located about a 10 min walk from 9 mile and Woodward, a very vibrant downtown Ferndale, hosting a variety of unique restaurants, shops, bars and more. Get out and explore all that this colorful, charming community has to offer. Foodies, many incredible selections! Nightlife, yes! No matter what your scene, you’ll find it here, live music, dive bars, theatre, pool, axe throwing(yeah, we have that), karaoke, dancing etc. More? Royal Oak, Hamtramk, Detroit a short drive away.
My smoke free, pet free home offers a very clean, comfortable, hippie/artist meets pottery barn vibe, complimented with frangrant sage to ward off any bad juju and just a splash of weird for good measure. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea, read a book or take in netflix(no binging;))in the charming, intimate living room area. Sleep soundly in one of two newly furnished bedrooms including cozy queen size beds, brand new high end mattresses, super thick mattress pads, and lots of pillows! The additional “bed” is a shorter futon located in the living room, for whoever draws the short straw;)There’s also a private fenced in back yard, a great space to spend an afternoon or evening outdoors.
I offer self check-in , but if you prefer, I can personally check you in and show the house, answer any questions etc. when I’m in town:)You’ll have access to the entire house and backyard. Open floor plan, hardwood floors through out and works from various local artists add to the charm and appeal of this very clean, clutter free, comfortable home. Help yourself to some fresh fruit or select from many tea varieties. New coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, and coffee are provided for your convenience. Take a nice hot bath or shower under the bonus sized shower head. Forgotten toiletries, we’ve probably got you covered, blow dryer, curling iron, wand, flat iron, razors, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, body wash, lotion, bath salts, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash to name a few. Enjoy a good book or movie in the cozy living room area. Brand new dishes, pots/pans, and utensils, welcome you to prepare and indulge in a home cooked meal, the basics, oil, butter, salt and pepper and a generous selection of condiments are provided. Get some fresh air in the spacious, fully fenced in, private back yard, my neighbors wind down at around 11pm so please keep it down or take it inside at that time of the night, thanks.
