Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dear guests, 10am is your checkout time. please follow the house guidelines to return the house
Back as you checked in. please discard all unused solid and liquid drinks foods from fridge to trash bags we provided. And take all trashes to the outside trash cans
Please remove all used bedsheets and towels into laundry basket. we hope you had good stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- guest will be charged a post-stay fee if the guest count exceeds the paid #s of guest and stayed pass 12am. Fee will be $350/day
- all guests must provide government official ID before check-in - your safety matters
- No Pet, No party - Not allowed to move furnitures - clean house at check out, please take trash cans to the street when you stayed pass Thursday
