"My family and I stayed here for 7 days and made it as our base for our Switzerland trip. I could not have been more happy staying at this hotel. We stayed at the family room where it has A/C and to top it off there is a fan in the room which we used to circulate the air. Mind you, we were here in July - the middle of summer heat. Common complain I read is the noise of train passing by - but, the room seem to have been improved with double pane windows which helped reduced the noise...

"Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and appreciated the air conditioning. The kids loved the bunk beds. Outside train station was noisy late into the night. Great budget option if you're looking for a place close to the airport."

"Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. There is extensive construction going on courtyard side, and as of Jan. 2026...

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Elevator is helpful for upper floors. Also had kettle and instant coffee. Beds were comfortable. No AC but they have fans and windows open. "

"We booked 2 rooms. Rooms were dirty. Carpet looked really old and stained . Sheets were itchy. AC was centralized but was broken. They offered fans 😃. Staff barged in and out of the room using their own key while we were in there. No privacy. Felt so unsafe. We checked out after an hour."

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."
