"Check in was very easy , room was clean, room bathroom , ac worked great , young man at the front dest was great & great personality!!"

"The room itself was clean and the front desk clerk was lovely, but everything else about this stay was a nightmare. The lobby, elevator, and hallways constantly smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. There were clearly local tenants living here who appeared homeless or dealing with addiction, and people were walking the floors with pit bulls. It felt incredibly unsafe. Because of the environment, I asked Expedia to cancel my remaining two nights. The hotel denied the refund. Since it was...

"The room was very clean! The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had good a/c. I have stayed at this hotel several times with family and my Lab dog."

"Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!"

"Clean room. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed in our room and he said they didn’t have any."

"This is our go to hotel in the outer Nashville area! We love it!"

"A little underwhelmed on the cleanliness of the room and common areas."

"Ice machine. Nice place"

"I liked this hotel. The rooms were small but sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every hotel on the planet should have Avid’s 24/7 coffee machines, which grind and brew coffee by the cup whenever you want it. Our only complaint involved the guest in the room above us who stomped his feet long and loudly enough to wake us at 3 a.m. the both nights we stayed. That isn’t the hotel’s fault, of course, unless the ceilings were designed to be paper thin."

"Breakfast needs improvement"

"Friendly and clean"

"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my...

"Staff are fabulous. And super kind. Maintenance gentleman lives on the property is super helpful and kind. Room cleanliness left us hoping for more. We did also find a roach during our stay. It was our final night, so we ended up just picking up anything from the ground for the rest of the evening. Bathroom was clean, but floors are dirty as are lamps, and cabinetry near the mini fridge. Breakfast is small, but available which is a nice perk. Plenty of parking. And good location near...
