"The room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and we couldn’t stay for even a minute. The staff attempted to spray something, which provided some relief, but it wasn’t sufficient. We resorted to covering ourselves with a blanket and sleeping. We arrived at the hospital at 2:30 AM and managed to get up at 7 AM, but we decided to leave immediately. At check out the lady said she couldn't compensate us as we booked thru. 3rd party."

"All around, everything great"

"The room was spotless, the breakfast was good but not that many options. The staff was very sweet too! The pool has a weird smell and they said it was the paint that made the water green looking"

"Rooms aren't cleaned between visits and sheets did not appear to have been changed. Poorly maintained."
