"The Marriott was fantastic. The rooms and property are a dream. My only criticism is that the buffet didn’t quite match the rest of the experience. It wasn’t bad; it simply wasn’t as exceptional as buffets I’ve had elsewhere. Even so, the Marriott is well worth the price. The nearby Hilton is a different story. Although it costs less, the experience was a top-to-bottom mess: a cockroach in the room, an air conditioner that was never fixed, lackluster service, the grounds are parched, and the...

"Amazingly friendly staff. Clean and well looked after property. If you’re looking for a beachfront property, then this one is not for you because the beach is quite dirty. But the property and the swimming pools and the restaurant itself are amazing if you just want a self-contained holiday."

"Fantastic place for a family holiday, friendly and helpful staff, safe environment for kids, cannot fault it."

"The resort has a lot of privacy but lacking accessibility to other areas. Nearest area to buy amenities are a bit far. Other than that, the scenery was ok. It’s ideal for leisure and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very helpful, Joshua, Tomasi, Simon and Emely were all very attentive to our needs. Joshua went out of his way to find outlet adapter to accommodate. our 110 voltage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"**Wonderful people and true Fiji atmosphere — with a few quirks** We spent a week at Serenity Island Resort with friends and had a great time overall. The biggest plus is the staff — genuinely kind people who always try to help with everything they can. You do feel "Fiji time" everywhere though :) A few minuses: the bar constantly runs low on alcoholic drinks and the selection is limited; the menu is quite small too — though for a resort of this size that's understandable. One thing that...

"The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Absolute incredible service, amazing people. Very great resort to stay at."

"My husband and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, attentive and always willing to help."

"OK overall"

"Nice relaxing property. Stayed in the hotel side, room was clean, coffee in room, nice balcony view. Beach next to property was a bit dirty. Food was good as were drinks from bar."

"The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room."

"Peaceful friendly atmosphere. Construction was going on near rooms in to the evening, Rooms were comfortable yet a bit dated."
