"Our first time staying in South Africa and at the AC by Marriott and we were not at all disappointed. We stayed in a super spacious and cosy room with a gorgeous view of Table Mountain and the surrounding areas of Cape Town. Being right by the waterfront and a 10 minute walk from the Central Business District (CBD) was perfect for us and our adventures. This hotel also has a complementary shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront via bus and riverboat. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and were always available to resolve any issues we might have had (not that we did). A special thanks to Asithanoile, Asekho, Jesse, Shai - Lynne, Martha and David for their consistent help and kindness. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide range of food to choose from at the buffet, as well as a menu to order from as well. We were met with an abundance of smiles from Onelisiwe, Asaniko, Lukanyo and Obi, which filled our mornings with joy. Dinner was just as much of a pleasure to walk into and despite our attempts, we couldn't stay away! Nothing else we tried in Cape Town quite compared, the food was so rich in flavour and the service was unmatched. We loved seeing Tandile, Sinoxlo and Bradley and having a laugh.
