"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "Excellent staff, decent location. Our first two nights of a three night stay were faultless. On the third a wedding party arrived and the noise from the neighbouring room was astounding. They were not shouting but “drunk loud” and the inter room soundproofing was found out badly. Shame really. "
