"Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. "Very nice and informative staff. Wonderful tours - took history and spooky tour. We stayed in Williams Winter Room inside main plantation house - very clean. Absolutely love all the animals around property. Coffee shop and staff there was wonderful. Charles was an awesome tour guide!!! Will definitely be back again!!!"
