"Staff helpful. Beds not the most comfortable (soft). No bottled water or snacks available. Breakfast was good!"

"Loved Lucille’s! It was a surprise from my husband as my Mother’s name was Lucille! The room was nice and comfy! The sitting area on 2nd floor was nice for playing cards! The washing machine and dryer were only $1 each to use…a real bargain!!"

"The woman at the front desk was new but nice and trying to be helpful. Unfortunately she gave out my room number out loud which is a security breach. She didn't know and the 'manager' said he hadn't heard of that either. Write it down and give it to the customer - it's just common sense. Apparently he called his manager to ask about it and was told, yes, that's customary, so BW needs to train it's staff better. The room was smelly and I wasn't sure if the carpet had been vacuumed. ...

"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located."

"Economic. Couldn’t understand lady at the desk. She couldn’t understand me. You get what you pay for. This motel was rated over an 8. I’ve learned the rating system means nothing."

"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The room was fantastic, very quiet. AC was very much appreciated. Only two negatives: 1) the ice machine was out of service. Staff attempted to compensate with two ice chests loaded with ice and a scoop. 2) Expedia blew up my phone with messages, none of which were useful. Fix the two negatives and my stay would have been perfect."

"Bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the ceiling, fan was covered in dust. There was no breakfast I’m assuming because their ac was broke in the lobby, very hot and had fans blowing."

"Breakfast was fantastic"

"Horrible!!! No volvería ni gratis"
