"I have been a regular customer to this property for the past three years. This is a wholesome hotel with staff from CheckIn to dining to cleaning, working cohesively to give me and my family pleasant stay. I have gotten consistent experience which is what draws me back to this hotel. Few shoutouts: Rishad and the front desk women are pleasant and welcoming. Whether it is a request at 2am or 10pm, you can be guaranteed your request will be looked after swiftly. Arivazhagan works cordially with all departments to give customers worry free stay. Mahalaxmi from the restaurant remembers customers and orders and will surprise us with her care and service. Ponnurangam and other security folks work around the clock while keeping a smile. Balaji who is the GM, sets a great example to everyone at this hotel. He has set standards which gives us experience similar to that of a tier 1 city hotel."

"The staff were extremely friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped and had all the standard amenities. The gym was adequate, as were the drinks available in the bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The crowning glory, however, are the staff, whether in the front office, restaurant, bar or housekeeping. "

"I booked this through expedia and paid upfront for non refundable fees. Once i reached the location the manager there said they did not receive any booking and they dont have any information. There were no rooms available around so I had to pay him in cash again for the room for which he overcharged for a disgusting small room where you can barely walk. Expedia did not even respond during that time when i tried their support option. I would never advise this hotel. "
