"It was a nice hotel for a stay with a dog. There is nature all around. "

We were on the way to Rovaniemi and this small problem created some issues. We tried to contact the customer care to fix this issue bur unfortunately they were not able to help us. One knob in the kitchen stove was already removed by someone else. There were no proper instructions to operate the heating system...
