"Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds in a quiet area. Only downside was the lack of staff at certain times and not being able to access certain parts of the hotel at certain times. "

Not a good thing ...especially 3hrs after normal check-in time. I find this unacceptable and the only thing that was given to me was a free drink voucher. "

I was with my fiance, and we got single beds together instead of a double bed, that is not the same, but it was comfortable. Tha k you very much for everything."
