"The whole place was so cozy, and fun. It felt like we weren’t even in town. It was more like a boutique experience in a big city. Loved it. "

"Property was just as listed. Steve was exceptional to communicate with. It really couldn’t have been any better. They thought of everything! We’ll go back in the late fall. Loved the privacy. They also recommend The Feed Mill for dinner. Talk about good!!"

"House was everything we could’ve dreamed of!! We look forward to returning next year or the year after. Paula was wonderful and we appreciate her & her husband for sharing their beautiful property!"

"Do not recommending staying here. It was hot as soon as we entered the motel our room was hot. The air did not work. We had to go by fans to put in the room. It helps some, but not much. The breakfast closed before it was time. No smoke detectors in the room just to open hole and hanging wires and had stains across the wall."

"Killed about 10 bugs around doorway and curtain upon entry. Half the lights not working. The pillows are old disgusting and thin. To top it off the shower did not work at all. 3rd world ghetto joint. Should of read the reviews. Their ad photos are totally misleading. They must be 20 yrs old. Would ask for a refund, but I would think with the obvious they clearly can't afford it."

"This home was absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. The lake is beautiful and great for some kayaking or fishing. Also, the host was super communicative and helpful."

"Host was very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable. Had a great stay in mt Vernon. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area. "
