"A wonderful property - the pool was very popular with my kids"

"Unique, fun stay in a nicely accommodated Air Stream!"

"Our stay at Toad Hall Carriage House was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our host, AnnBritt, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and attentive to every detail. The carriage house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location was so easy to access. But what really made this stay special was the incredible setting. The gorgeous running trails were a dream, and being surrounded by beautiful horses and chickens made it feel...

"The space was just what we needed for my husband and I. The space would be small for more than two people. The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. It was so quiet and peaceful. We did not cook at all or have time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, although we did enjoy watching the family of turkeys in the morning. Great place for the price in an otherwise...

"As advertised. Wonderful property."

"Wonderful accommodations with an inspiring story attached. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and inviting. "

"This was the PERFECT location for our team for Cooperstown Dreams Park! There is ample space for everyone and more than enough to do on the property. Everyone from the elementary school kids, to the teenagers to the grandparents enjoyed every aspect of this house. While the boys loved staying in the barracks during the week, this house gave them a great place to escape baseball for just a few hours. We spent nights outside at the fire pits, had friendly kickballs competitions, swam in the pool,...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beautiful Stone Houst! It was the perfect space and location for us to go to Cooperstown Dreams Park to watch our son play baseball. The house was so clean and everything was perfect. We plan to come back soon to stay again!"

"This house was lovely. It was perfect for our stay. It is 15 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park which was perfect. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home. Annbritt was also very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again if we were in that area."

"The best!"

"Perfect house for dreams park. It was very clean. We loved the area and highly recommend."

"Beautiful house and the perfect spot for our Cooperstown stay! We stayed with another family and loved the "kids" areas to keep them busy indoors, plus the kayaks and fishing gear helped to keep our kids outside and enjoying the beautiful property! Highly recommend this property!"

"Host was great. Available whenever needed."

"Cindy and Orlo were wonderful hosts!! The property worked perfectly for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was amazing to be able to sit on the front porch to have morning coffee and listen to the birds before heading out for a busy day of baseball. The kids loved fishing in the pond! It was unseasonably warm our first two days there and the A/C worked well. We had great sleep. I traveled with my 75yo father and 10yo and 12yo kids. Cindy and Orlo were very quick to respond any time we had a...

"The house and property are beautiful with so many fun things to do! The hosts provided plenty of supplies for our week (water, paper towel, detergent, etc). We loved our stay!"

"This property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful sounding stream that runs through the backyard. Our family of four had plenty of room. The only downside was hearing the noise from the upstairs tenant during the night. We solved this with a simple sound machine app that we would use at bedtime and then we were fine. Would definitely recommend for a nice place to stay while visiting Cooperstown!"

"It was very nice !"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. "
