"This is beautiful property and the grounds are well maintained. My only negative is that we had a river view room and the view was obscured by spiders and spider webs."

"I absolutely loved everything about the property. I can probably take the responsibility for the fact that it appeared to me that it was going to be closer to the river then it was. It is on the river. My room was a couple hundred yards down the hill to the river. Not a big deal for me could be for others"

"Enjoyed our stay at K motel, the room was clean and comfortable."

"We loved our stay here it is an absolute beautiful place nice and spacious and beautiful view of the river. Definitely recommend this place and we will be returning again!! "

"Quiet and a beautiful location "

"Great location. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Host very responsive and check in/check out was seamless. Highly recommend."

"It was a reasonably good attempt at refurbishing an old roadside motel by so had shortcomings. Small. Bathroom old. Internet intermittent. Barn door for bathroom. Ok"

"Great place, really liked the cottage and the owner."

"The room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay in Clayton. It’s close to everything and convenient to get to. I would 100% recommend this place."

"The room was perfect for what we needed. We were able to attend wedding celebration/festivities in Alexandria and Bolt Castle and come back to relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioner works wonderfully and was much appreciated with the stifling temps. Room recently renovated. Bed / pillows very comfortable."

"excellent for access to boat show. Air clean and comfortable "

"Great host, close to everything in Clayton"

"We were there for a family wedding, joined by one of our adult sons and his wife. The location was perfect; conveniently located. Comfortable, clean, and all communication with the property manager was prompt, accurate, and thoughtful! "

"This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. "

"I highly recommend K's Motel for a stay in the Thousand Islands area. It is exactly as advertised, clean and well stocked. The management was very communicative, without being overbearing. They hit just the right note in every area. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to book another stay at K's."

"The apartment was great. The review of the site on VRBO needs a little adjusting. When the review was read, we thought the apartment was much closer to main shore and tourist area of Clayton;just a short walking distance. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you."

"It was great place near everything and no one below us .had parking lot to our self .dog friendly was great "
