"Lovely property, peaceful and private.Larry was a great host, quick to communicate and recommend local attractions.We went to the adventure animal park which was awesome. Very well done.Had a campfire at the house and roasted marshmallows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils ect."

"This is a rural hotel. Not much nearby. However, we loved our stay. Unfortunately we were only there 1 night. Appeared to be an excellent place to relax for a few days. In house restaurant was very good. If looking for a nice place to relax, I definitely recommend. I'm hoping I have an opportunity to stay there again sometime."

"My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...
