"I work in Ulaanbaatar and I was fed up with having no hot water, in my district, due to annual hot water pipes repair. It was a pleasant one night stay (with hot water). My room was well laid out with a good size bathroom that separately accommodated a bath and a spacious shower unit. Excellent air conditioning which stayed on when you left the room. The Blue Sky Lounge provides a stunning view of Ulaanbaataar."

"There was some harassment and a lot of noise overnight from groups of other guests. This sort of thing was going on at the Blue Sky last year, but has quieted there now. "A colleague recommended the Springs Hotel to me as an affordable option. I'm glad I took his recommendation. Communication was good for airport transfer on arrival. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The only thing I would have liked is a bedside lamp, but I managed fine without it. Breakfast was okay. And of course the location is good."

"Location was good. More xan be done with their service. We booked for triple occupancy, butcthey provided only for two. We have to constantly ask for additional provisions for the 3rd person. It would be better if they cleaned their entrance at night, when there are less people arriving. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, they were watering/cleaning the driveway. Our van was not allowed to drive up to the entrance, so we had to get down along the main road."

It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city).
