"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. "We just returned from a week at Pelican Peak and had a wonderful time. Lynn was amazing and the home had everything we could need for our stay. Sitting on the porch or swimming and being able to take in the amazing views was wonderful. The drive up to the house a bit challenging, but very worth it!"

"I wasn’t excited about the room, mainly because of its location right on the street - no big deal though, since the beach/ocean is literally minutes walk. The room supplied basic needs but was lacking info on their restaurant, entertainment, and things to do on the island… probably supplied in the check-in lobby. Overall it’s a good hotel with a great bar & restaurant on the beach, ocean view, and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone! "

"Makere Cottage was a perfect place to stay. We stayed in Tortola for a month this time and we couldn’t have selected a more perfect home. The property overlooks Cane Garden Bay which is beautiful and its location offers easy access to Road Town, restaurants and beaches. It is very roomy with good size rooms and plenty of closet space.
