"Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast."

As it was my first time in Argentina I was a bit preoccupied and feeling out of place but their expertise of the area, knowledge, and their willingness to share it with me for my benefit was incredible. "Very simple equipment (no hair dryer or TV); the gas heater had to stay on, which made the room very dry. Simple breakfast. Location is OK, walking distance to the trail to the glacier; inexpensive taxi to downtown."

"Centrally located made it easy to walk anywhere. The room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning is worth it, the views of the city is beai. Staff were super nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping us get a taxi to airport. Would stay here again! "
