"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. "I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future,...

"Your hotel look like a haunted house. So many mosquitos and ants, door is poor window is terrible, toilet go hot water and dirty and lots of spider webs.. i did not want to take a shower in that hotel. No wifi. Better to close down or improve. Its not operational standard."
