"The hotel was great! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. We brought our small dog, and the staff had prepared bowls,, and a sleeping mat for him. It helped that we called in advance. The hotel was a very close walking distance to the downtown area. Parking was convenient. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The room was a bit tight, but comfortable. The room did get a bit warm at night, so we slept with the window open to keep it comfortable. It is non-smoking but we found smoke (marijuana) in the hallways and at times strong enough to creep into the room. Not one seemed to complain, and we did not want to cause waves. "The hotel itself is a great location, charming, well kept. Room darling decor, spacious, charming and clean. Hotel oozed Parisian charm. The view of cathedral fantastic but roadside very noisy and room stuffy, AC did not work well. Parking a disaster, consumed the entire experience. The reviews on hotel are accurate except the parking. It’s a parking garage, 1/2 mile over bridge from hotel and you must have a mini car to fit in garage.
