I have noticed this phenomenon more frequently than anticipated during my hotel stays, particularly when I first arrive and the premises appear immaculate and well-maintained. "Nice quiet and comfortable. Shower pressure was GREAT!! that stood out to me, as most stays I've been to are mediocre or terribe- . We needed help with one thing, and host answered phone call and helped instantly- that was secure felling. "I was under the impression this was a campground and in a way to is but long term living in tents. The bathroom facilities are in a barn basically the door is a shower curtain.Didn't have good vibe so I left without staying."

"Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be...

"Cozy little home overlooking the beach at Badin Shores Resort. Clean and well stocked. Family friendly area with access to the beach, pool, putt- putt, laundry facility, etc. Friendly host nearby that addressed the needs we had during our stay. Comfortable bed in bedroom. However, my hubby and I are not tiny people and the bedroom and the bed were a very tight fit for us. Two futons in the living areas that fold out into beds. Large back porch with grill. Parking for 3 vehicles. Nice...

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very peaceful and well appointed. It was easy to get to the venue we were going to as well as anything else you’d need. Clean, spacious, comfortable inside, fun and relaxing outside! We would stay here again. Host was very attentive and check in and out easy. Loved it "

"Beverly is the absolute best! This may be the most well-stocked rental I have ever been in. I came equipped with things I didn’t even need to use. The house is cozy and welcoming, and the location is perfect for lake viewing. She has also included labels and notes throughout the house that are genuinely so, so helpful and thoughtful! She is extremely communicative in a timely manner – we were so appreciative of our entire experience. Highly recommend it!"
