"If you love nature, this hotel is for you. From the sounds of the lapping waves to the chirping of the birds, and two friendly resident cats, the ambience is always relaxing. The surroundings are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. You will be comfortable. My recommendation to the hotel is that the bathroom amenities be updated, including putting grab bars in the shower, to improve guest experience. "A great hotel, with lots to do within walking distance! The staff were amazing and made it feel like home. Special shout out to Krystal, the front desk manager, Brittany and Roselyn, the restaurant manager. The restaurant was really nice, omelette is a must as well as the slushies. The room was cleaned daily by Annette and her team and it smelled amazing. I will definitely be back. Stayed in the deluxe ocean view room and had Bequia to look at with my morning coffee!"

"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"This hotel was in a good location for our trip, although I didn’t have good access it was OK to try on the water, and you can hear the waves at night and it has a large balcony with the ocean view. It’s had a good restaurant attached to it, and it had a nice cute cafe for breakfast. The rooms are spacious. It had everything we needed. The property and the building seem old and it’s not updated but for the price, it was just fine. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"
