"The staff was marvelous, sweet and kind offering options all the time going above and beyond either for room, service housekeeping, and the top of all are the dining serving people The hotel is great, clean quite very accessible. Very easy to go to everywhere through the elevator no traveling time located in a very beautiful area. I can say I felt home sweet home and very much pampered from the staff. Congratulations Stella. "This is an incredible value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You're directly on the Red Sea. If you're looking for Sunshine and swimming or snorkeling you're coming to the right place. If I was going to criticize them for one thing I wasn't satisfied with their free internet service throughout the complex because it would not stay connected. I would suggest they allowed swimming in their beautiful swimming pools until 10:00 p.m.. On a side note I learned walking...

"The hotel staff was good. The people are pleasant. The room was less comfortable. The mattress was terrible and was not comfortable at all. I left the hotel with back and muscles aching. The air conditioning was central without the possibility to control it, though the electronic display reacted to the changes, not the air conditioning. it was freezing in the room. "

"The experience was great, the structure of the hotel is good and there’s plenty options of activities and entertainment, and the entertainment team is super nice, particularly Kito, Julia and Oscar. The food was good, everything was always clean and the staff is very helpful in general. I’ve had a a few situations with the staff at the beach bar where I would order something and they would make fun of me (like repeating what I said in a feminine voice, for example), or clearly talking about me...

"Defs a adults only resort, if youre looking for late nights dancing and drinking this is the spot. Buffet is huge and pretty good. Several pools and the hotel itself is pretty. Only stayed one night, but only complaint is you only get 2 bottles and then you gotta pay? Its supposedly all inclusive..."

"The hotel rooms are very clean the location is excellent thats all otherwise the breakfast is the worst I see in my life they must be cutting expenses they have waiter on every kind of food to make sure you take only small quantities even bread you are not allowed to take it by yourself the waiter must give you...if you are looking for great location good price place to sleep in only I recommend otherwise all your activities to be done outside the hotel never eat there just sleep"
