"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. They didnt let us check in early even though we requested The room's are quite small. Food at this resort is quite delicious and they have quite a variety. They freshly make pasta infront of you "

"The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition. and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks. Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks"

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...
