"Easy check in, nice room but disappointing terrace as it was covered so no good for sunbathing also reroofing going on next to it so often workmen on the roof. Good food and drink options. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. "The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Large property over 50 acres with a beautiful lagoon, clean uncrowded beach and lots of activities for kids and adults. used the laundry service also which was exceptional."

"There was not WiFi in the room and the cable TV box wasn’t functioning when I arrived. It doesn’t have a 24-hr reception which is inconvenient. The property is on a hillside and the roads to the rooms are extremely narrow and steep with almost impossible turns for even the smallest Indian cars. The roads are in a state of disrepair and driving inside the premises can be tricky. On the other hand, the staff is friendly and helpful."
