"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."

"Located near Marina Bay Sands, this hotel was really conveniently placed and had good transport links to get around Singapore very easily (a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT which had links to two train lines). The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were superb. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this hotel was (38 floors), and yet was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We even got a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely!"

"My fiancè and I stayed here from the 7th May til the 15th May. We chose just a standard queen bed room - no balcony. Hotel has some small imperfections but nothing that bothered us from enjoying our stay. ROOMS: • The rooms are small but enough for just the 2 of us. • Sink outside of the bathroom is a great idea. • The toilet seat wasn't tight and would move every time we used it - this was noted with the staff but nothing has been done. • The mattress isn't that great, it's not comfy. • Bathroom is tiny, but again, it's just to shower in and nothing else. • Fridge doesn't get really cold. • Housekeeping daily, which has been great. Coming back to fresh towels and bedding is perfect. SERVICE: • We were greeted promptly upon arrival and checking in after a delayed flight. • Staff are very friendly and helpful. Although a couple of nights we phoned for buckets of ice and they forgot about us. FACILITIES: •Pool area is perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring - big enough area. Would be nice for more seating areas or some shade over the pool when the sun is out. • Lobby is easy to access and use. • Dining area looks lovely. Not sure what food quality was like as we didn't use it. LOCATION IS PERFECT. This hotel is located in a central point to wherever you need to go, short walks to the MRT or to Chinatown shopping areas, market streets and more. I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future."
