The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

"Booked this over Hilton, Sofitel, and a few other big name 5 stars. It was comparable in price but so many negatives. Bad pool, bad restaurants, poor service. I was really surprised as I always thought Kempenski was at the top and I've always wanted to stay there. So far away from the city...about 30-40 min away from everything. Ended up eating dinner at Sofitel in the city and was blown away...and pretty sad we didn't stay there. I really have nothing good to say, it looked like a 3...
