"We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab. "Amazing stay at Jumeirah Makkah! So impressed with everything. The housekeeping staff in particular who went the extra mile every day and made sure we always had everything we needed. Breakfast options were great! Great location and away from the crowd of the clock tower area hotels. "
