"Only problem we had, was with the A/C unit, there was no way to control the temperature and it was always too cold"

"People were great. Entertainment was fun. The pool was clean but had leaves and flies that would fall in at times I felt it should’ve been cleaned more often seems like they clean it every morning but it was crazy dirty I just have OCD. Food was good some days better than other. "

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
