Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Great location, easy...

Amazing hotel with bad restaurant(we decided to have a dinner there which was big mistake(kitchen was extremely slow and the service was disaster)Night time bar was good

Perfect stay. Friendly staff, clean room. No complaints at all!

Great value! A selection of grocery shops nearby, large shopping center (MediaCity) within 20 min of walking, easy connection to the city center and airport. Amazon locker within 50 m from the apartment building

Had Fantastic pool and sauna as well as a Jacuzzi. Restaurant had delicious breakfast and staff was courteous. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Workout room had a lot of equipment and space.

10/10 stay. Clean, new, amazing staff, comfy beds, and perfect location.

Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout.

Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom as well. Breakfast great and fresh!

Was lucky to chose this hotel location is great bathroom bed very clean staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

This was my third stay at the Ascott and I will keep coming back whenever I visit my family in Manchester. As an American I very much appreciate the things that make it different from the big hotel chains. It is quiet, it is personal, it is comfortable and to me “very British” which is a good thing. The rooms are all different in style and decor. They are comfortable tho and have all the features and amenities described. The overall feel of the hotel is that of a large comfortable home,...

Great clean hotel right in the heart of media village / city. Staff are great.

Room cleaning is so fantastic and all staff are very nice. I believe the breakfast would be so good even though I did not have it at this travel but the environment has been not too bad. Car park arrangement to be wonderful and easy as well.

Loved the location by the water and the view of the water from my room. Also, having the restaurant-bar next door, with more restaurants a short walk away. Nothing fancy but all just fine: the room, the breakfasts, the overall impression. Everything was clean, with no problems, and the staff could not have been friendlier, more courteous, or more helpful.
