"Bath rooms seem to be old and there are not sufficient towels kept. You have to ask for every time you need one. Locker didn't work and staff was not responsive to check and help. When we were checking out, there was no staff to help out bringing the luggage. Shortage of staff was the reason given. Breakfast is okay only. Staff is okay for what they need to do. You can find better ones for the same price, we found this one useful for proximity reason, otherwise we would have moved the second...

The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving."
