Do explore the gardens, taste the wine and book in for an evening meal. It was the best meal we had in Spain by a long way and the chef is excellent. "

"This hotel is within easy walking distance of Salamanca's railway station and on the edge of the historic centre - a ten minute walk takes you to the university area and another five minutes to the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The decor in the front hall is a bit pretentious to my taste but that's a minor quibble."
