"We were here as the next to the next last stop on our way home from our vacation. I wanted a place with close proximity to the ocean somewhere along the south coast of Maine. This place fit the bill perfectly and when we arrived about 2 hours before sundown and one hour before low tide it was even more perfect. We took an hour Long Beach walk and saw some awesome views of the river as it turns into ocean. There were few people out on the beach and the lapping of the waves and the sand was...

"This is a wonderful bed and breakfast! I highly recommend and I would stay here again and again!"

"Perfect place to reset your soul! Loved it!"

"Cute but aging small space, Near attractions"

"We loved our experience on the island. Our hostess, Deb, was great and quick to respond. She made sure we had we were all set with our transportation to the island. Captain Jay was knowledgeable about the area. We had a friendly seal visitor everyday. The eagles and their babies were fun to watch and listen to. It’s peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is there. You just have to bring food, water, and plenty of ice. The sunsets were gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of...

"Reasonable price. Due to the stairs leading to the unit I wouldn’t recommend for older individuals. If you just want to catch a nights sleep it’s a good place but not inviting to sit, talk and relax."

"This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay."

"The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. Great spot!"

"You can't find a better location in Bath with so much just a short walk away."

"Overall a great visit in an excellent location. I wished we stayed longer."

"Our family had a fantastic stay! We rented the home while I was performing at the Maine State Music Theatre, and it was the perfect place to relax after busy days. There were seven of us, including our two grandsons, and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful setting. We made wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! Also plenty of room for our dog to play."

"We had a wedding in town which was about 3 miles away- easy drive. The place was clean but rustic. Pet friendly which was very important to us. John communicated well/ a really beautiful spot waking up to beautiful views!"

"Directions to the cabin were very detailed, and check-in process was easy. Cabin was exactly as advertised, ready and clean. The Host was quick to answer any questions we had, and very accommodating when needed. Cozy cabin, beautiful view of the Ocean, and hearing the waves all day and night was spectacular. If we ever come this way again, we would definitely come back here."

"Husband and I went to location and retrieved the key no problem. I went to open screen door and top hinges where rotten and the door fell off in my hand, My husband fixed it for us. then we went into a cabin that was 100 degrees we started the room air conditioner which did not help with the heat. We went to unpack and found linens in the washing machine we also found dirty linens up in the loft area. Crumbs on counter top and in the sink. The Shower door was off its tracks and very hard to...

"Of all the great hosts offering their home and property to travelers, Mark and Angel epitomize the very best of hospitality and generosity. Along with the amenities and charm of the place came access to the natural beauty of the area. Hats off to folks who offer their place so graciously like they do."
