"I booked online but nobody was expecting me. I had to shout and nock the door heavily until someone finally came to open. The guy did not expect me obviously - he showed me the room and told me a two times higher price than the one mentioned in the booking. The room was clean, but no bed sheet for the blanket. bathroom had no toiletpaper or soap and the toilet was leaking. "They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "

Hidden gem in Hurghada
"This was probably one of the best if not the best holiday resort we have stayed in. Right from the booking and check in, the team were awesome. We were checked in by Mohamed, i wish i had taken his last name as i soon found out half of the team are Mohamed. He was just amazing. Thank you. We were taking to our room by the niciest man, Ali, the whistling man. Hilarious man too. Thank you Ali. We also had the nicest man in house keeping, Refaey. His towel arranging skills deserve recognition and a prize. Great man indeed. In Front of house, there was Mohamed, Ahmed and Hamdy. Amazing team that looked after us and kept our son entertained. The place is spotless clean with many pools, beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Very well run and mainted place. They really go above and beyond for guests. Thanks to the super awesome South African lady in the animation team who took time to check on us and Michele from guests relations. You guys rock. There were plenty of options for food and the menu changed so you didnt get bored. We were there for 10 days and loved it so much we will return. They have a clinic on site as well, which is super handy when you have kids. All in all an amazing experience and amazing resort. "
