"We booked the Intercontinental as a last minute decision to stop on the way back to Brisbane. It was just for the one night to recover from Lennoxhead. It was this or the Imperial but I'm delighted I chose correctly. This time? Wow! Just wow! From the minute we arrived until we left we had absolutely superb service - from everyone. The better half had knackered her ankle so we asked if we could get a lift to the rooms. Couldn't be simpler and in fact we used that particular service to go into...
