"This is a beautiful chateau/winery with lovely rooms and a friendly staff. The grounds are spectacular. But the hotel is relatively new, so there is a gap between expectation and performance. We were delayed getting into our room until 4:30 because housekeeping was backed up due to a wedding the day before. "Beautiful setting overlooking the Mediterranean. Our balcony provided a spectacular view. The staff was so kind and friendly and the amenities were abundant. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back for an extended stay! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone "

"The apartment amenities is old microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. the balcony is quite big which is good for having meals as well. it is 30mins walk going to the city center (place de méditerrané) the little train is not that reliable as transport. on the otherhand you can enjoy the beautiful amenities of the hotel. Thalasso Spa , Kids club (to be paid) Main pool, billards for free. "

"The reception staff were amazing - so welcoming and polite. The location was very good in terms of access to the beach but quite a drive to restaurant area. Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest! But the weirdest thing of all was we were locked out on our balcony due to doors closed (to keep out mosquitoes) and once doors closed they...

"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"

"Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine autour du 1er de l'an dans ce coin magnifique et cette maison très comfortable avec super bain nordique et piscine pour se rafraichir. Très bon acceuil, hotes très sympas. Le cadre est superbe. Nous avons fait des balades dans les environs, très peu fréquentés à cette période, avons même pris un bain à une cascade dans la rivière (certainement beaucoup plus fréquentée en été). Thermes malheureusement fermées, mais le bain nordique a bien compensé."
