"We enjoyed our stay at the Lido immensely. It was right on the sandy beach, and also provided comfortable seating around its own pool, together with drinks service. The restaurants were excellent, if a little pricier than the village offerings, and the breakfasts ample, without the usual rubbery scrambled eggs and tired bacon we get in North America. We’d recommend it for a family, too, as it has good play facilities for children."

Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest!
