"The place was nice, especially the outdoors, but inside it was quite hot. They say they have central air conditioning, but it felt like no AC at all. That made the stay uncomfortable especially in this hot summer. "

"Wonderful boutique B&B. We came across it by chance looking for a place near to both Saturnia Spa and Lake Bolsena - both of which are must-do destinations in this part of Italy. The small walled town of Farnese is a real delight - narrow cobbled streets, friendly locals, and reasonable prices in the local bars. Our room was very clean and classy, and BXT great too. Highly recommended. "

"This was one of the most memorable, unique properties one could possibly stay. Beautiful inside and out, and that goes for the owner/hosts as well. Christiana was responsive to every request for information. The parking instructions and help with baggage from the car to our room was smooth. "Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
